1. 3-Day Free Trial Policy

Every new student is entitled to a complimentary 3-day trial period. No credit card, deposit, or registration fee is required upfront. If you choose not to continue after the trial, you owe nothing.

2. Monthly Tuition & Payment Terms

Tuition fees are billed on a monthly basis in advance according to the enrolled schedule (Weekend, 3 days, 4 days, or 5 days per week). We accept secure international payments including Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, Stripe, and direct bank transfers.

3. Refund Policy & Process

We stand behind our teaching standards with complete transparency:

• 14-Day Money-Back Period: If within the first 14 calendar days of your paid enrollment you are unsatisfied with the instruction quality or teacher compatibility and we cannot provide a suitable replacement tutor, you are eligible for a full refund of tuition paid.
• How to Request a Refund: Parents/students must submit a formal refund request via email to billing@alhikmahquranacademy.com or contact their academic coordinator via official academy WhatsApp support, stating the student ID and reason for withdrawal.
• Processing Turnaround: Verified refund requests are processed within 5 to 7 business days and credited back directly to the original payment method used during checkout.
• Mid-Month Cancellation: Cancellations made after the 14-day window will stop subsequent monthly renewals immediately. Any untaken pre-booked classes may be credited for future sessions or refunded on a pro-rata basis subject to administrative review.

4. Student & Tutor Attendance & No-Show Policy

To maintain academic rigor and respect the schedules of both tutors and families:

• Student Waiting Window: Tutors will remain present in the virtual classroom (Zoom or Google Meet) for 15 minutes after the scheduled start time.
• Unannounced Student Absence: If the student does not join within 15 minutes and no prior communication was sent, the session is marked as an unexcused no-show and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
• Excused Rescheduling: When personal conflicts, sickness, or travel occur, parents can reschedule up to 2 classes per month without forfeiture by notifying the tutor or coordinator at least 4 hours before class time.
• Tutor Absence or Technical Issue: If a tutor fails to arrive on time due to technical failure or emergency, the student is guaranteed a 100% makeup lesson arranged at the family's convenient time slot.

5. Teacher Replacement & Satisfaction Guarantee

Your child's comfort and learning progress are paramount. If at any time you feel that your assigned tutor's style does not match your child's pace, you may request a teacher change or schedule adjustment at any time at zero additional cost.

6. Code of Conduct & Virtual Etiquette

As learners and educators of the Holy Quran, both students and tutors are expected to maintain an Islamic atmosphere of mutual respect, punctuality, and proper modest attire during all live camera sessions. Disruptive behavior, inappropriate language, or disregard for teaching mentors may result in administrative review.

7. Virtual Classroom Security & Recording Restrictions

To safeguard the privacy and religious modesty of our female faculty, young students, and families:

• Classes are held strictly on verified educational video platforms (Zoom or Google Meet).
• Neither tutors nor students/parents may take unauthorized screenshots, audio recordings, or video recordings of live sessions without explicit prior written mutual consent from the academy administration.
• Digital screen sharing is limited to Quran Mushaf pages, certified Qaida booklets, and educational whiteboards.

8. Subscription Pauses & Voluntary Disenrollment

We recognize that school exam periods, Umrah/Hajj pilgrimages, and extended travels occur. Families may temporarily freeze or pause their active enrollment for up to 30 consecutive calendar days without losing their assigned tutor by notifying their coordinator at least 7 days before the start of the pause period.

Parents can discontinue their monthly subscription at any time by giving written notice prior to their next billing date. No cancellation fees are ever charged.

9. Islamic Principles & Amicable Mediation

Alhikmah Quran Academy is founded upon the prophetic guidance of honesty, transparency, and benevolence (Ihsan). Any misunderstandings regarding schedules, billing, or instruction will be handled with utmost care and amicable resolution in accordance with Islamic principles.
